Show the open-source software Ephervex is built on, and its licenses.

Local only: the list is built into this release, so it describes exactly what this copy of Ephervex contains and contacts nothing.

Ephervex's own license is Apache-2.0; this covers its dependencies. The complete text of every one of them also ships beside the program, as THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.md.

Usage: ephervex licenses [OPTIONS]

Options:
      --all
          List every dependency and the license it is under.

          Without this, only a count per license is shown, because a release depends on several hundred packages.

      --json
          Emit machine-readable JSON where the command supports it

      --text <LICENSE>
          Print the full text of one license, named by its identifier.

          Identifiers are what the summary lists, for example `MIT` or `Apache-2.0`. A license several packages ship under slightly different copyright lines has one text printed per distinct version.
