Closing as no longer valid. The compatibility dataset and the preference catalog now cover only the settings Ephervex offers, and smoothCamera and spectatorOutlines are not among them, so there is no default left to prove. All 22 offered key bindings have proven defaults in 26.3. If either binding is offered again, its default should be proven then.
Key bindings with a constant unbound default have no proven default in 26.3

Behavior
In the 26.2 data, the defaults of key.smoothCamera and key.spectatorOutlines are proven unbound (key.keyboard.unknown). In the 26.3 analysis both key mappings have code: null and unbound: false, so their catalog descriptors carry no default (keybind_smooth_camera and keybind_spectator_outlines). A real 26.3 instance writes key_key.smoothCamera:key.keyboard.unknown and key_key.spectatorOutlines:key.keyboard.unknown, so the default is knowable.
The constructor argument for these two bindings is a constant Key object rather than an integer. is_unbound_key_constant does not recognize how 26.3 defines or initializes that constant, so the unbound default goes unproven.
Expected behavior
The analyzer follows the 26.3 definition of the unknown-key constant and proves these defaults unbound, as it does for earlier releases, or reports precisely why it cannot.
Impact
Two key bindings show no known default in 26.3. The codec is unaffected, so the bindings can still be managed and written. The loss is only the displayed and reset-to-default value.
